🧈 1. Garlic Butter Lion’s Mane “Steaks”


Ingredients:

1 large Lion’s Mane mushroom (or several small ones)

2 tbsp butter (or olive oil)

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: fresh thyme or parsley


Instructions:

1. Slice the mushroom into 1-inch “steaks.”

2. Heat butter in a skillet on medium heat.

3. Add mushrooms and press lightly with a spatula.

4. Cook for 3–4 min each side until golden brown.

5. Add garlic and herbs, sauté another 1–2 minutes.

6. Season with salt & pepper.


Tastes like: crab cakes or scallops!



🍲 2. Lion’s Mane Mushroom Soup


Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1–2 cups chopped Lion’s Mane mushrooms

3 cups vegetable or chicken broth

½ cup cream or coconut milk

Salt, pepper, thyme to taste


Instructions:

1. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.

2. Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned.

3. Pour in broth and simmer 10 minutes.

4. Blend until smooth (optional) and stir in cream.


Serve: with toasted bread or over rice.

Ingredients:

8 oz pasta

1 cup Lion’s Mane mushrooms, shredded

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic

¾ cup heavy cream

½ cup Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper


Instructions:

1. Boil pasta; drain and set aside.

2. Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden.

3. Add garlic, then stir in cream and Parmesan.

4. Simmer until thick, toss with pasta.



🌮 4. Lion’s Mane Tacos


Ingredients:

1 cup shredded Lion’s Mane mushrooms

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cumin

Salt, lime juice

Corn tortillas, avocado, salsa for serving


Instructions:

1. Sauté mushrooms with oil and spices until crispy.

2. Fill tortillas with mushrooms, avocado, and salsa.
